Sara over at reclaimingyourcastle.com put together a master list of homemade coffee creamers that just can't be beat. For Foodie Tuesday, we've decided to highlight some of the tastiest ones.
Sara recommends you start with 14oz of sweetened condensed milk, then add 1 3/4 cup of milk or cream as your base. The more fat, the more creaminess; so, you can choose your preference from whole to skim to almond or flax! Be sure to use your creamer by your milk's expiration date. Once you've made your base, you can then add the ingredients below to make excellent coffee creamer!
In all of these recipes, anything that has a dry or thick ingredient (like cinnamon or honey) should be heated up with a small amount of your milk/cream from the base recipe so it can dissolve properly.
